We often forget that WE ARE NATURE.
Nature is not something separate from us.
So when we say that we have lost our connection to nature,
We've lost our connection to ourselves.

Forest Bathing
Forest Therapy is rooted in the Japanese Shinrin-yoku or ‘Forest Bathing’, the immersive practice of bathing your senses in nature. Shinrin in Japanese means “forest,” and yoku means “bath.” Shinrin-yoku means bathing in the forest atmosphere, or taking in the forest through our senses.
Forest Therapy creates space and opportunity to slow down and to deepen your connection to nature, the present moment and ultimately yourself. Through open ended invitations that allow you to interact with the ‘more than human world’ you’re led on a meditative and often magical journey. We finish with a sort of tea ceremony to give thanks back to the land and share our discoveries.
There is a growing evidence of benefits of Forest Therapy, including:
Reduced stress and anxiety
Reduced ruminations
Reduced blood pressure
Improved immune function
Improved sleep
Improved focus/clarity
Increase of parasympathetic nervous system
